Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona S.A.I.C. y F ("IMPSA") is developing an important pipeline of wind energy projects located in different countries in Latin America (The Investment Program).
The total Investment Program contemplated by IMPSA over the next 2 years is in approximately US$1,400 million representing 546 MW of renewable energy. The proposed operation consists of a loan of up to 150 million dollars to be provided to IMPSA to finance a portion of IMPSA's equity contributions to its wind projects across the region.
The IDB loan will be structured as a corporate finance loan with a tenor of up to 8 years.
