The objective of the Third Fast Track Initiative Catalytic Fund Grant Project for Tajikistan is to contribute to an increased access to improved learning environments and a more efficient delivery of quality education services. This restructuring paper seeks approval to: i) reallocate proceeds of the grant; ii) increase the designated account authorized allocation from USD1.0 million to USD 1.5 million; and iii) reduce the scope of work in component 3.3 by canceling one of the originally planned surveys but without changing the results framework.
