WASHINGTON, 30 November, 2011.The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approved the following project. The Project Development Objective is to foster the integration of environmental issues into sectoral and development policies of the beneficiaries. This will be accomplished through the production of innovative knowledge on environmental issues and the organization of trainings during which this knowledge will be used to strengthen the capacity of key stakeholders at a local, national, and regional level.
