Amendment to the Financing Agreements.We refer to the Financing Agreements (the “Agreements”) providing for the original and the additional credits for the above-referenced Project, dated respectively February 19, 2007 and July 20, 2009, as amended to date, between the Federal Republic of Nigeria (the “Recipient”) and the International Development Association (the “Association”). We also refer to the letter from your Ministry dated March 3, 2011 requesting a restructuring of the Project.
