The Program is intended to reinforce the economic and social recovery of those provinces that have suffered a serious degradation of its infrastuctures, in order to improve their competitiveness. The program will address the continuity of investments in road infrastructure to follow those of the First Productive Road Infrastructure Program, 2185/OC-AR, AR-L1045.
