On the one hand one looks for to implement action of selection, description of positions and noneducational qualification of personnel who allows the educative system to effectively help to obtain the results that are desired in the schools. On the other hand, oriented activities will be realised to fortify the mechanisms of decentralization in the following aspects: planning, administration, supervision and surrender of accounts.
Finally, it will be designed and a monitoring system will be developed and evaluation for the operative plans in all the levels of the system and the processes of monitoring and evaluation will be automated counting for it with already existing the technological platform in Regional and the Distritales ones.
