The objective of this consultancy is to strengthen the monitoring capacity of the IDB Representation in Peru by hiring an international consultant who will provide technical and operative assistance for administration, monitoring and supervision of the Programs financed by the Bank at all stages of the Project Cycle (programming, preparation, execution and evaluation). The project direct beneficiary is CAN/CPE, that will have improved portfolio supervision management. The project indirect beneficiaries are all Bank clients, public and private, in Peru, that will have better implementation support provided by the Bank.
