We refer to the Project Agreement (“Agreement”) between the International Development Association (“Association”) and Electricity Supply Corporation of Malawi dated September 4, 2006, for the above mentioned Project. We also refer to the letter dated September 21, 2010 from the Republic of Malawi (“Recipient”), requesting the Association to amend the Agreement.
