The KCP will consist of technical assistance services provided by the consultant(s) to be selected to perform the activities described in each component. The counseling will be provided from the specific knowledge of the person or firm selected on the matter, especially given the knowledge of best international practices, the principles developed by international agencies, local and comparative law and the ability to combine legal analysis with consideration of economics.
